5 years ago, hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets to protest the comprehensive "reforms" to protest the social legislation that became known as "Hartz laws" . Since then, millions affected slipped into poverty, some 600,000 work in "one-euro jobs" and just recently, the practice of the employment agency in dealing with their "clients" have tightened considerably. We try in this event
- development over 5 years to trace,
- challenge the effects of the Hartz laws in a general context,
- The tightening the last time and the restructuring identify the employment agencies,
- to take the practice of "job opportunities" under the microscope,
- to discuss how to defend themselves against harassment, reductions and forced labor
- and the prospect of self-organization and resistance unemployed there is.

Also in this context that the trend towards precarious conditions and jobs of those in full-time increasingly many people can no longer live. Agenda 2010 and Hartz-laws were and still are clear in this respect a devastating effect on the "first employment". For us, today, the question of how people with and without paid work or too much of it, Precarious, mini jobbers, in apparent independence or moonlighting workers crowded together to defend against conditions of exploitation and offices stress.
