I had a lot lately about the ears and I hardly got to see the new photos of me here in the blogger world, let alone myself create a post .....

But today I'm taking time to time.

There are oftentimes dishes or baking recipes in which you only use the egg yolks.

and what women do with the egg white ?????

This is my solution:

chocolate-S:

2 egg whites 1 pinch salt

100g sugar

2 tablespoons chocolate powder

1 tablespoon cornstarch

egg whites with the salt until very stiff. Add half the sugar, continue beating just until the ice snow shines.

Chocolate powder with the cornstarch mix, seven with the remaining sugar and carefully fold into the ice snow. Mixture into a piping bag with a serrated type spout. syringe into the prepared pan * S *. dry

about 65 min in the lower half of preheated oven to 100 degrees, keeping the oven door slightly open with a wooden spoon. After baking, remove the chocolate-S, go with the wax paper to cool on a rack and let cool.

I am not the only one who wonders about how it could happen that the thesis googled with "Summa cum laude "- was awarded by the University of Bayreuth - ie with the highest praise. Our little Herzkäferchen it cuts a lot better, but to go away is, unfortunately, still nothing. This week was the terrace and the garden thanks to a super fine mild weather its a welcome change.

So and now to the actual posting. Today I read this sentence here at Divas and Dreams.

I think he fits really well to me, I'm so happy creative in all respects and show it is also very happy to be here. Whether it handmade (crochet, knitting, sewing), cooking, baking, crafts, decorating, photography, etc. .....

I've seen the much-anticipated speech today in Mubarak's n-tv television live.

The 82-year old Mubarak, who looks for his age very well and mentally very fresh seemed disappointed with his flowery speech greatly. I was under the impression that he live in his ivory tower, has not understood that the Egyptian revolution is for him and that he is regarded as the main evil in Egypt.
