Supplemental Questionnaire For Uc Berkeley

me my long awaited brought food processor:)))







not last more tedious hand-kneading the dough,
I'm so glad:)))






And right here the recipe for our Sunday plait:

1 kg braid, or white flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 packs. Dry
(man can also take fresh yeast, but I
the rather dry, as it does not taste like the Hefegeschmack when fresh)
1 tablespoon sugar
125 g butter
7 dl milk
1 egg


Everything up to butter and egg and knead into a dough, then starts the butter and the egg add and knead into a soft, smooth dough.

Ca. 1 hour to double's to let rise.



weave braids and brush with water, again let
rise about 30-60 minutes (while I do this sometimes leave out;)) and bake the braids right ........




(Please note the bubble did not have, indeed so come
times when I photograph my braids ...... agrrr ....:)))


After the braids have been merged to give Brush with egg yolk, 1 or 2 small bowls of water to and bake at 200 degrees convection about 30 minutes.




finished :)))) There is no finer than the braid-made mhhhhhh ....... .....
