Ruchmehl 1 kg (wheat flour)
26 g salt
2 Pack Dry
385 g water
385 g milk
Your verkeneten a smooth dough. Ca. 1 hour to rise. Bread mold, dust with flour and leave to rise again for 30-60 minutes. Then cut the bread and bake it with a bowl of water on the baking sheet.
10 minutes at 230 degrees
30 minutes at 180 degrees
Done!
